CLIFTON – Northern Virginia Web Solutions is founded with the concept of providing small businesses and individuals with high quality websites and graphics. Founded by Jesse L. Palmer III, NOVAWS has three goals:

• To establish and maintain strong ties within the surrounding communities which includes: Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, and Loundon counties

The main office of NOVAWS is located in suburban Clifton, VA, approximately 15 miles southwest of Washington D.C.
