Mr. Palmer founded Northern Virginia Web Solutions in July, 2003. He received his Bachelors of Science from Virginia Polytechnic and State University in May, 2000. Mr. Palmer got his start in web design by volunteering for a non-profit organization. He still volunteers in his spare time and most recently completed the website, United Action for Children. Mr. Palmer works successfully as a web producer at Gannett Co. Inc.’s corporate headquarters. Gannett owns over 100 newspapers around the world, primarily in the United States, with their most prominent newspaper being the USA TODAY.

Mr. Tajibnapis is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He received his B.S. in Computer Engineering in December, 1999.

Mr. Sethi is a graduate of George Mason University, located in Fairfax, VA, and received a degree in Graphic Design in May, 2001. He has worked very closely with Mr. Palmer at Gannett Co. Inc. for the last two years.

Mr. Hartman attended Virginia Commonwealth University, located in Richmond, VA, and is a graduate of the Chubb Institute in Reston, VA. He has worked very closely with Mr. Palmer at Gannett Co. Inc. for the last two years.
